The admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once the admission process has been completed.

Students are required to pay their course fee before the due date to continue attending classes without interruption.

Failure to pay the course fee on time may result in a late fee or temporary suspension of classes until the outstanding payment is cleared.

All students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior with instructors, staff members, and fellow students.

Regular attendance is mandatory for both online and physical classes. Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.

Online students must join classes on time using the official meeting link provided by the academy. Students should ensure a stable internet connection and a suitable learning environment.

Students attending physical classes are required to arrive at the academy at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time.

Students are strictly prohibited from sharing class recordings, study materials, meeting links, passwords, or login credentials with unauthorized individuals.

Any form of misconduct, abusive language, inappropriate behavior, or violation of academy policies may result in disciplinary action, including termination of admission without a refund.

The academy reserves the right to change class schedules, timings, or instructors when necessary. Students will be informed of significant changes accordingly.

Students are responsible for following academy policies, maintaining regular attendance, completing assigned work, and communicating with the academy regarding any issues related to their classes.

SYSTEMGRID ACADEMY reserves the right to take appropriate action when necessary to maintain a professional, respectful, and productive learning environment for all students.
